#常瑋平 律師於2020年10月22日在陝西省寶雞市鳳翔縣老家被寶雞市高新區分局公安帶走，公安只致電其妻子，表示常瑋平因危害國家安全，違反法律規定，被「指定居所監視居住」。2020年10月16日，常瑋平在其YouTube頻道「趣寶日誌」上發表視頻，談及他被「指定居所監視居住」時遭酷刑對待，被關在賓館裡10天，每天都坐「老虎櫈」，以致右手食指和無明指麻木沒有知覺。

The police officers only telephoned Chang's wife, telling her that Chang Weiping had been placed under “residential surveillance in a designated location”. On 16 October, Chang Weiping released a video on his YouTube channel, saying how he was tortured when he was placed under “residential surveillance in a designated location”. He recalled that when he was detained a guesthouse, he was tied to a “tiger bench” for the whole period of detention for ten days. As a result, his right index finger and ring finger are still numb.

【李翹楚 – 女權和勞權捍衛者，被指涉及「顛覆國家政權罪」監禁監所醫院，親人擔憂其身體狀況】

2月6日，#李翹楚 被山東警方以涉嫌「顛覆國家政權罪」押往臨沂。據了解，李現被監禁在臨沂市人民醫院東區的監所醫院，其親友因此擔憂李翹楚的抑鬱症及身體健康狀況。李翹楚 於2020年2月至6月曾被「指定居所監視居住」，取保候審後，仍堅持為其男朋友、法律學者 #許志永、#丁家喜 律師、#常瑋平 律師等 #1226公民案 中被關押的人士發聲，並維護自己的公民權利。最近律師梁小軍和張磊在山東省臨沭縣以視頻會見了與外界失聯達一年的許志永，李翹楚從律師得知情況後公開了許志永在被指定居所監視居住期間被虐待的情況。

On 6 February, #LiQiaochu was taken to Linyi City on suspicion of “subverting state power". It is reported that Li is detained in the prison hospital in the eastern wing of Linyi City People’s Hospital. Her family and friends are worried about Li Qiaochu’s depression and health. Li was placed under “residential surveillance in a designated location” in Feb-Jun 2020. After she was released on bail, she continued to voice out for her boyfriend and legal scholar #XuZhiyong, lawyer #DingJiaxi, and lawyer #ChangWeiping and those detained due to the #1226Crackdown, and defending her own rights. Recently, she learned about Xu being ill-treated in detention from lawyers Liang Xiaojun and Zhang Lei who finally met with Xu via video call. She publicly disclosed the details about Xu faces in detention.
