#宪法 #三权分立 #SeparationofPowers > 纪念1787年9月17日签署美国宪法，美国司法部长威廉•巴尔（William Pelham Barr）应邀在希尔斯代尔学院(Hillsdale College)举行的第11届宪法日庆祝活动演讲「宪法与法治」。巴尔部长表示法治是美国自由的关键，法治的关键保证来自宪法的三权分立，三权分立最大限度地减少任何形式的暴政风险。「我们的（自由）系统确实是政治制度中黄金法则的结晶。 最终保护我们的是己所不欲，勿施于人。那是，最终，我们自由的基础。」（“Our system is really the crystal could be the crystallization of the golden rule in a political system. And that's ultimately what protects us which is I'm not willing to do to somebody else what I'm not willing to have done to me. That is, ultimately, the foundation of our freedom.”）
