今午，香港市民支援愛國民主運動聯合會（支聯會）收到政務司司長辦公室回覆，就支聯會計劃於 5 月 30 日舉辦遊行及 6 月 4 日舉辦集會，「政府未能確立擬進行的遊行及集會符合第 599G 章第 5 條的條件。」
另外，支聯會今午亦收到警方通知，根據《預防及控制疾病（禁止羣組聚集）規例》（第 599G 章），反對 5 月 30 日「毋忘六四」大遊行，及禁止 6 月 4 日「六四」維園燭光悼念集會。
就此，支聯會將根據《公安條例》（第 245 章）第 16 條，向公眾集會及遊行上訴委員會提出上訴，期望委員會盡快安排上訴聆訊，讓市民可以在合法及安全的情況下悼念 「六四」。
悼念「六四」是香港人過去 31 年的集體回憶，支聯會將繼續爭取市民合法悼念「六四」的權利。

#華秀珍 的女兒 #譚華 本為上海復旦大學工商管理學系碩士畢業生，2014年不幸遭狗咬傷而在上海楊浦區中心醫院，接種成都康華生物狂犬疫苗後，發生頭暈、頭痛、抽搐、昏迷等症狀。然而上海楊浦區衛健委拒絕承認譚華的病徵與接種狂犬疫苗有關。2017年譚華被維穩人員殘酷打壓，突發精神障礙，華秀珍陪著女兒四處尋醫和上訪，單是治病已花上百萬元，花光家中積蓄，唯譚華仍無法工作。75歲的華秀珍為女兒討回公道受盡打壓，不堪壓力的譚華最近曾喝農藥企圖自殺，以控訴當局的打壓。

She was bitten by a dog in 2014 and after being vaccinated with vaccine at Shanghai Yangpu District Central Hospital, she showed symptoms of dizziness, headache, convulsions and coma. But Shanghai Yangpu District Health Commission refused to acknowledge that Tan Hua's sudden illnesses were related to vaccination. Instead of offering help, the authorities sent personnel to stop Tan from seeking justice. In 2017, she suffered a nervous breakdown. Hua Xiuzhen accompanied her daughter to seek medical aid and launched petitions. She spent all her savings, over a million yuan on medical treatments. However, Tan Hua was still unable to work. Frustrated and feeling desperate, Tan has recently attempted to commit suicide by drinking some pesticide.

今早，香港市民支援愛國民主運動聯合會（支聯會）3名代表：蔡耀昌（支聯會秘書）、梁錦威（支聯會常務秘書部召集人）及盧偉明（支聯會常委），出席公眾集會及遊行上訴委員會（上訴委員會）聆訊，分別就警方反對5月30日「毋忘六四」大遊行及禁止6月4日「六四」維園燭光悼念集會的決定，提出上訴及申辯。
支聯會過去一段時間盡力爭取舉行合法、和平的遊行及集會，希望市民可以安全地燃點燭光、悼念「六四」。
我們對警方不斷以疫情為藉口，限制市民遊行集會的權利，阻止市民悼念「六四」，感到十分遺憾，亦對上訴委員會今天駁回支聯會上訴的裁決感到失望。
雖然如此，支聯會仍然相信無論政權怎樣打壓，只要人心不死，燭光一定不滅！
在此，支聯會無奈宣布取消5月30日「毋忘六四」大遊行及6月4日「六四」維園燭光悼念集會，並即時停止相關宣傳工作。

This morning, three representatives of the Hong Kong Alliance in Support of Patriotic Democratic Movements of China (the Alliance), namely Richard Tsoi (Secretary of the Alliance), Leung Kam-wai (Convenor of the Permanent Secretary of the Alliance) and Lo Wai-ming (Standing Committee member of the Alliance) attended a hearing of the Appeal Board on Public Meetings and Processions in order to appeal the police's decision to issue a so-called notice of objection (ie, ban) to the June 4 march on 30 May and the June 4 candlelight vigil in Victoria Park on 4 June.
The Alliance has strived to hold a lawful and peaceful procession and assembly, so that citizens could safely light candles to mourn June 4.
We deeply regret that the police continues to use the epidemic as an excuse to restrict citizens' right to attend public gatherings and to prevent citizens from mourning June 4. ... (1/2)

(2/2) ... We are also disappointed by the Appeal Board's decision today to reject the appeal of the Alliance.
In spite of this, the Alliance continues to believe that no matter how much the regime engages in repression, the candlelight will never disappear as long as people remember.
The Alliance has no alternative but to announce the cancellation of the June 4 march on 30 May and the June 4 candlelight vigil in Victoria Park on 4 June; related promotion will be terminated immediately.
The Alliance will not be present as an organization, and the Alliance’s standing committee, members and volunteers will not be present or participate in any related capacity.
The Alliance firmly believes that Hong Kong people will never forget June 4, and we also ask Hong Kong people to mourn June 4 with perseverance and wisdom, under lawful, safe, peaceful and rational circumstances, in their own way, at the right time and place. May the truth prevail!
