2021年3月25日晚上，長期關注 #六四 和 #維權 消息的 #陳雲飛 在成都街頭陪母親散步時，被沒著警服的人員攔截，說是到派出所接受傳喚調查而帶走，之後與外界失去聯絡。當晚陳母回家後，來了一群人在家裡翻搜物品，翌日同一批人又來搜了一遍，也沒有說明理由和辦手續。據陳母分析，來「執法」的人員，從外表和行為方式判斷，主要是社區裡的保安和基層工作人員，估計是擔心即將來臨的清明節，陳雲飛又會做出讓他們難以掌控的新聞事件，而先把他拘留起來。

On 25 March evening, #ChenYunfei, who has long been advocating for commemorating #June4 and attention for human rights issues, was taking a walk with his mother in Chengdu City. They were approached by some people not in police uniform, saying that Chen was summoned to the police station for investigation and they took him away. Since then, he has lost contact with his family and friends. When Chen’s mother got home that night, a group of people came to search their home and the same happened the next day, without giving her a reason. Her mother believed that Chen is kept in custody as Ching Ming Festival (Tomb Sweeping Day, 4 April) is approaching and the authorities fear that he might do something to attract media attention.

支聯會「六四」32周年主題：「為自由 共命運 同抗爭」

This year, the 32nd anniversary of June 4, is different. It is the 1st June 4 anniversary after Hong Kong has been brought under the full control of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). This also means it has been fully politically suppressed.

In the past, under “one country, two systems”, Hong Kong people had felt anger due to the injustice of the lack of democracy, but they still had a certain degree of confidence in the rule of law and the protection of freedoms and basic rights. The arrests and the total suspension of the right to freedom of assembly in the past two years have starkly revealed that the people of Hong Kong no longer enjoy the rights afforded them under the Basic Law, the Hong Kong Bill of Rights and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. The law has become a tool of repression for those in power to purge dissent.

今年「六四」32周年，是不一樣的32周年，是中共全面管治香港、亦即香港被全面政治打壓後的「六四」32周年。

以往在一國兩制下，香港人會感受到沒有民主的不公和憤怒，但仍然對香港的法治和自由保障有一定信心。過去兩年的大抓捕和全面禁制集會自由，赤裸裸地呈現在港人面前：香港人不再享有《基本法》、《人權法》及《國際人權公約》保障下的自由，法律已成為當權者整肅異己的鎮壓工具。

由支聯會「六四」31周年被禁集會，進而檢控包括支聯會常委等26人違法集會，到借用《國安法》起訴示威者、傳媒負責人、初選參與者等，製造一批又一批政治犯，中共已將專制的一套粗暴地加諸香港。

中共打壓人權從來不是甚麼新鮮事，由七十年代打壓民主牆一整代，到八九民運血腥鎮壓及隨之而來的秋後算帳大抓捕，到重判發起《零八憲章》的劉曉波和打壓維權運動，「709大抓捕」人權律師，新公民運動被強力鎮壓，再到近年新疆再教育營嚴重侵犯人權事件等，中國人民從來未能享有《國際人權公約》或中國《憲法》下的人權保障。最近更發展到以大數據監控人民，徹底令全中國噤聲。

在此大環境下，支聯會今年提出的「六四」32周年主題是：為自由‧共命運‧同抗爭。

當自由被專制政權不斷蠶食，香港人更需要在共命運的意識下抗爭下去。我們和所有香港人共命運，亦與中國被壓迫、被剝奪自由的人民共命運。在這共命運大前提下，我們別無選擇，齊上齊落，團結抗爭，直到中港人民都享有民主自由為止。這是我們的使命，我們的堅持。

Hong Kong Alliance’s annual candlelight vigil on June 4, 2020, marking the 31st anniversary, was banned. Twenty-six people are being prosecuted for unlawful assembly, including members of Hong Kong Alliance’s Standing Committee. Since then the repression has just gotten worse. The newly imposed National Security Law has been used to prosecute demonstrators, media leaders and candidates in a primary for the Legislative Council elections. This has created a new class of political prisoners. The CCP has imposed its tyranny upon Hong Kong.

This abuse of human rights by the CCP is not new. China has suffered a long string of abuses: the suppression of the Democracy Wall in Beijing in 1979, the bloody suppression of the 1989 democracy movement and the subsequent arrests to settle the score, the heavy sentence of Liu Xiaobo who initiated Charter 08, the suppression of the rights defense movement, the “709” crackdown on rights lawyers in 2015, the suppression of the New Citizens’ Movement, and the Xinjiang re-education camps, just to name some of the most egregious examples. Chinese people have never enjoyed the human rights promised them in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights or the Chinese constitution. Recent developments in the use big data to monitor the people have completely silenced the whole of China.

In this context, the theme of the 32nd anniversary of June 4 is: For freedom, a common fate, a shared struggle.

When freedom is being constantly eroded by the authoritarian regime, the people of Hong Kong have to struggle with the awareness of a common fate. We share a common fate with all Hong Kong people, and we also share a common fate with those oppressed and deprived of freedom in China. Under the premise of this common fate, we have no choice but to stand and struggle together until the people of China and of Hong Kong enjoy democracy and freedom. This is our mission, our resolve.

這枚刻有「89.6.平息暴亂紀念」的手錶日前因賣家被威脅，被逼在英國拍賣行下架。「六四紀念館」展品中有一枚同款手錶，把握4月16日閉館前最後兩星期，親睹這項反映「六四」屠殺鐵證、扭曲了是非黑白的珍貴藏品。
這枚手錶，由一名友好人士送贈給本館作展出之用，當年是由中共北京市委員會、北京市人民政府贈予解放軍首都戒嚴部隊，獎勵「有功」人員。錶面上印有中共解放軍人頭像、天安門城樓外形及「BEIJING」字樣。
八九民運遭到中共血腥鎮壓後，政府當局誣蔑人民爭取民主自由的行動是「反革命暴亂」，並讚揚軍隊平息「暴亂」，製作「軍功錶」贈予首都戒嚴部隊。
手錶的拍賣估價為 2,500 至 3,500 歐元（約 23,000 至 32,000 港元），原定於 4 月 19 日於英國拍賣行斐樂絲（Fellows）拍賣。
