今年是聯合國將12月10日定為「國際人權日」70周年，以紀念1948年12月10日通過《世界人權宣言》。現今中國和香港公權力縱容各種執法人員濫用武力，對抗議人士和關押人士採取過度武力和酷刑，當權者以惡法侵犯人權，完全違反《世界人權宣言》和1966年通過的《公民權利和政治權利國際公約》。
